Christmas Morning

This is about as much playing time he got in with his new toys because we still had a lot of family to see, don't worry he has made up that time these past couple of days.
He was so happy and cute all morning. He still doesn't quite understand but he sure had fun.

Their mouths are exactly the same! Neither of them were too excited about church clothes...

He loves his little piano, his aunt Tiffanie braved the black Friday crowds to get for us.

Hopefully this will help encourage him to love the real thing.

We decided on a three present max(not including jammies and a stocking) because we were trying to come up with a way to not let our kids get too spoiled and to help control Christmas spending. We got the idea from my mom's neighbor who said she tells her kids " Baby Jesus only got three presents, so you only need three presents." I really like the idea. We also decided that only one of the three and the stocking would be from Santa and the rest would be from mom and dad. And that any other presents we bought would be family presents like board games or movies. I guess we will see how well this works out in the next couple of years... or what the grandma's do about it.

Little John got those same jammies for his Christmas eve present. I like the 3 present thing, of course everyone else will spoil him.
